
Stan
C. Reade is hosting a fall photo tour on Sunday October 16th. We
will be visiting two of Ontario’s hidden treasures, Eugenia Falls and
Inglis Falls. The cost of the tour is $75.00 which includes a box
lunch and dinner at Bishops Landing located on the shores of beautiful
Georgan Bay. ![]() Located
on the Niagara Escarpment just below Georgian Bay, these two locations
offer a spectrum of fall colours. Bus departs from Stan C. Reade at
8:00 a.m. sharp, we will be traveling to Eugenia and Inglis Falls on
board a luxury coach supplied by Coach Canada.

falls, an 18 metre high cascade created by the Sydenham river meeting
the edge of the Niagara Escarpment is situated in the heart of a 200
hectare conservation area, The erosive power of the water has
carved a deep gorge at the base of the falls. Trails, geological forms
and potholes, more than 20 species of ferns, historical remains of a
grist mill and water filtration plant hosts opportunity for many types
of photography.

Falls is located on 23 hectares of Niagara Escarpment, river valley and
upland forests. The conservation area features hiking trails,
picnic pavilion, an amazing view of the valley, as well as the 30 metre
waterfall. A photographer’s playground.

Workshops
We will be featuring workshops at each location, which will focus on different types of outdoor photography. Featured topics will include: Using filters to enhance fall colours, techniques to create dramatic effects and how to soften an image. No filters, no worries, we will be providing filters for you to try. Lenses and exposure, this workshop will demonstrate the different effects you can achieve by using a variety of focal length lenses and how exposure can enhance your images. Staff from Stan C. Reade Photo will be traveling with the tour providing assistance and camera equipment to try during the day. ![]() Lunch and Dinner Provided
Your ticket price includes both lunch and dinner. We will finish the day with a visit to Bishops Landing located on Georgian Bay in Owen Sound. A buffet and a private dining area will be prepared for our tour, the selection will include the following: Soup, three types of salads, a selection of chicken and beef, vegetables, potatoes, a selection of desserts, fresh fruits, coffee and tea.
