Niagara Photo Tour - Sunday June 4th

C. Reade is hosting a photo tour on Sunday June 4th, 2006.
We
will be visiting three of the Niagara Regions most photographic
locations, guaranteed to get the most timid of photographers taking
lots of photos. We will start the day at the Butterfly Conservatory, located at the Botanical Gardens, where you will have a chance to photograph over 2000 exotic butterflies of the world in a tropical rain forest setting. We will be traveling to the Niagara Region on board a luxury coach supplied by Coach Canada.  Next
stop the shores of Niagara-on-the Lake, for a box lunch in a water side
picnic area, then attend an outdoor lighting and photo shoot workshop
hosted by Dave Hill of Booth Photographic.
 Our third stop of the day will be a visit to Niagara Glen. This stop will offer photographers a great nature walk down into the Niagara gorge, offering an opportunity to photograph spring flowers, and the amazing scenery where rock meets forest.   Tour
Workshops
We will be holding workshops at each location, which will focus on different types of photography. Featured topics will include: At the Butterfly Conservatory we will focus on fill flash, reflectors, macro photography and use of monopods and tripods. Niagara -on-the-Lake, workshop topics will cover types of outdoor lighting, reflectors, portable flash set ups and filters. Our visit to Niagara Glen, we will feature telephoto lenses, enhancing and polarizing filters, lighting and close up photos in nature. Staff from Stan C. Reade Photo will be traveling with the tour providing assistance and camera equipment, lenses, filters, and binoculars to try during the day. Lunch and Dinner Provided Your ticket price includes both lunch and dinner.  What better way to end the day, than dinner and a view of the falls, from 775 ft in the revolving dining room at the top of the Skylon Tower. Dinner is included with the price of the tour.
